About Us
Sutton Central Masjid is a Sunni masjid founded by The Shah Jalal Islamic Foundation in 2006 with the purpose of establishing a permanent place of worship and education for the local Muslim community.
Over the past 17 years, the Masjid has expanded its services and now has a range of facilities & services including:
Daily congregational prayers (including a sisters prayer room)
Jumu’ah and Eid prayers
Regular Islamic Studies classes for adults and children
Regular Quran and Tajweed classes for children
Marriage / nikkah services
Family counselling services
As our community has grown, so has our need for space. Our next goal is to raise the funds to extend and add an additional floor to the Masjid, to ensure we can continue to provide and accommodate for the community in the years to come inshallah.
If you are interested in supporting us to expand our center, please donate via the website.
UPDATE: As construction work has started, the wudu and toilet facilities are currently shut. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
